While visiting Uber Tristram, the character died, and when the body was lifted, the helmet, belt, and scepter were gone. When reconnecting to the server, the body with items did not appear in the city
I ran uber tristram, things don’t drop out of NPCs there, I didn’t pick up any items, slots with lost items are empty
In any case, I’m sorry for your loss. But you’ll have to be more specific because there are a lot of ways to lose items that simply aren’t a bug and just a bi-product of the way the game was originally designed. My guess would be you had items that gave +Str that you needed to be able to equip the rest of your gear. There’s no way to restore your items so whether it’s a legitimate bug or something you did you won’t be getting them back

When I created a new, I could not pick up my body (overburdened)
I saw that my Boots were in inventory. I dropped them, and clicked my body again, and now I got my armor. Then I dropped my whole inventory and clicked my body again. Then the body disappeared, but I didn’t get any further of my items…
What do I do now?
When your body disappears you got all your items. When you don’t have them in your inventory they lay on the ground.
