My cube is gone. Logged off normally last time. Playing “offline” yet this is still an issue?
Mine is gone along as some other items!
The cube can be replaced, so that is good news.
Just repeat the dungeon for it and open the chest again. It should give you a new one.
I am being very careful and not keeping anything important in mine right now. Just in case.
Any other items lost, unfortunately, can’t be restored by Blizz. They don’t have restoration tools for D2, D2R, or D3.
Thanks for the info, they need to squash this bug immediately as it has the potential to lose items that took months to acquire.
Agreed! At least the cube can be replaced and now you know not to put anything critical in it.
That reminds me, I have an alt to check. He has the Horadric staff in there and I don’t want to have to remake him.
