Missing features!

I’m sure there’s a topic buried somewhere in this forum, but I’m going to ask anyway!

-Where’s the control to allow us to stand still? Playing with a ranged character, I’d like to aim without automatically locking on to the closest monster.

-Why can’t we scroll around on the full screen map?

-Why can’t we get the characters stats displayed while in our inventories?

-Option to only display loot, while the button is being pressed

-Why can’t we bind a skill more than once, as to make better use of the “shift” button

I’m sure I’m missing other standard features that are available on the PC (and original release), but that’s all I can come up with at the moment!

Everything you mentioned is PC exclusive as of today. Who knows if Blizzard will ever update console to have same features.

Unless I’ve been missing something completely, right joystick isn’t used at all, and would make perfect sense for stand still targeting.

That’d make too much sense for Acti-blizz. Remember, Activision loves “pew pew” first and foremost.

The features I mentioned were in the original D2. I’d be willing to bet that those features are buried in the console version of the code somewhere, it’s just a matter of associating them with button bindings.

Are you refering to that childish internet gaming personality? You know, the kid that adults could care less about, but children were obsessed with?

D2r is my first experience of the game. I have zero knowledge on anything earlier.

Of course more updates are welcome. Any improvement is an improvement.

We have to think if the original game had it and still does. Why isn’t it pass down to console? There must be something they can’t figure out.

I don’t expect much seeing as console version is just a side project/couch game for PC. If this is a vision into d4’s console venture, then count me out :unamused:

It would be perfect for manual control of the targeting system. If properly integrated, the right thumb stick could allow a visible reticle to appear, hovering on the ground, allowing to you target a skill where you want it!!!

“pew pew” as in shooting guns, blow stuff up, you dense *** ****** ****

how do you get that youtube imbecile from “pew pew”??

go outside for once in your life.

Hey ***b ***k, I do get outside, that’s why I’m not up to date with your childish lingo. Pew Pew? Seriously? How old are you? 10? Never heard an adult simulate firearm noises with “pew pew”. Who says that? That’s right, a 10-year-old that rage comments.

I have less than 30 comments on this board. How many do you have there, turbo? What’s that? 327? Talk about getting a life…
