Missing character

Hi there,

My level 60 Amazon named Scroller on Xbox has gone missing. I haven’t deleted my character.

Woke up today and missing all 20 of my chars on xbox.

Wheres my hardcore 79 sorc!!!

Yup, just lost all my online characters…

I played 1 game then the servers went down again. Same thing yesterday.

If your characters are missing then that usually means the janky servers need to be kicked by some IT nerd. Don’t hold your breathe you might be able to play tomorrow if they get around to it.

Same lvl 60 necro lvl 60 drid lvl 40 amazon and my sorc give me my toons lol

Thank god i didnt spend money on this game then download it then spend plenty of hours playing it just to have some character completely unplayable and then all the others go missing daily. Whew… So close. I almost thought i bought a game so i could play it. Thank you blizzard for reminding me im just here to give you money so you can pretend to give me a working game.

I Was playing on nightmare with my blizz sorc 66 and then the game crashed. When i tried to log back into the game, it let me in but my pally44 and my sorc66 arent there. If u press the online icon it tries to connect to battle.net but says: unable to connect to server. Im on ps4
Can i have my chars back plz blizzard

Ok thanks a lot. I got my character back! I was going to ask if you guys could help with my original character (Solacio) that I lost like a week ago. I probably it deleted myself. People be careful not to hit Y, X, A at the menu or you’ll lose your character.
