My chars went missing after I saved and exited from game. Restarted d2r a few times and the character came back at level 3 instead of level 10.

Same. Disappeared for a while after leaving a game and then next time i logged in my progress was reset. Hope this isn’t permanent.

twice i have been kicked out of the game and twice i have lost 3 levels each time with the gems and amour and skill points all lost please can you help us get these things back
Game crashed while I was level 11, When it came back I was level 7. I restarted diablo and the character was gone. Now it’s back at level 7 but says it’s already in a game.
Same here, went form 8->4 with my Paly after disconnect and now again rolled back from 12->4, some charms and set items are missing as well as 2 hours of “effort”. Got early good MF gear with 36% and got lucky drops, now it´s all gone… help?!
The same. Downgrade from 11 to 6 lvl and all loot.
I had the same issue, played online game with friend from level 1 until the countess then got booted and now my character is reset back to level 1
same my character was around level 17 and now its 7… can’t believe all my effor was for nothing

Same issue… got rolled back from lv18 to lv6…
My buddy and I just got rolled back. I was level 9 at Andariel and made it to lvl 18 arcane sanctuary…Please fix this. We both took two days off work to play this game together after 20 years
Same here in Europe. Happend two Times now. First leveled to 9 and set back to lvl 6.
Second Times leveled to lvl 13 and now set back to lvl 6.
This cannot be. Why is blizzard not able to get a normal go live without any issues? Equal which game in all the year. Always the same…

Yep, lost all my act 1 progress and im now back to level 9… They better fix.
Same here. character got deleveled from lvl 19 to lvl 10.
Can I assume that this progress can be restored?

Lost my progress as well. Just finished Act I, and was around level 16/17, but got rolled back to level 11. Really hope there’s a fix…
they say servers are back up (i was able to login and create a game), but i was still rolled back…
Would love an update on if I need to progress again and if that progress will be kept or if my character will be restored to the point I was at.
