Min/max + ed jewels add up weird

36ed jewel in 3s helm
421-1817 no helm
460-2014 36ed jewel only

660-3020 might only (no helm and no jewel)
700-3217 36ed and might

36ed+8min jewel in another empty 3s helm
421-1817 no helm
471-2014 36ed+8min jewel only

660-3020 might only (no helm and no jewel)
746-3217 36ed+8min and might

  • jewel ed doesn’t affect jewel’s min dmg, but merc’s might aura does (very weird)
  • jewel 8min dmg with merc’s might on added 46 min dmg, so it looks like it got multiplied by 5. not bad.
  • 6% overall increase from 36ed jewel
  • 6% overall + 7% min (13% min total) increase from 36ed+8min jewel

tldr, min/max + ed jewels may be bad on merc when building a poor man’s fort but still very cheaper compared to an ias+ed jewel or eth-fort. not sure if this is a bug. if this was intended, then i’ll post this here also.

Droped a godly 28 ed/9 max/ 6str/ 29pres rare jewel…im stuck with it untill they fix this damn bug

For jewel on weapon, %ed is first applied then min/max

For jewel on armors, %ed is added to skill bonuses ed (offensive auras, skill damage itself, strengh/dex bonus); while min/max bonus is added to the base weapon damage

It has only been like that for 21 year!
