I have been visiting Countess at Act I forgotten tower, to get some runes.
And after around 4~5 runs, the minimap from the former play suddenly popped up,
so that I cannot recognize my exact current location.
I guess this bug is because of image cache or memory error.
I am also getting the same thing trying to do Andariel runs, both the catacombs and also the rogue encampment have duplicated maps from previous runs… can make it difficult to see where you’re going
I’m getting the same thing with Durance of Hate. Had a previous map overlay the next game’s map. A few games later I’m up to 4 maps overlaying each other
This started happening to me too. Just doing online nm Andy runs alone and the minimap is overlapping and not disappearing after I get out of a game. Kinda annoying.

Relaunching the game seems to fix the bug.

This just happened to me after a few cow runs in normal. I was selecting the auto-create private game option from the character menu for each run.

My next cow run also had a broken map. After that second broken map run I restarted D2R and my cow run after restarting had a correct, not bugged map.
Same problem here. Makes MF runs basically impossible.

me too for different maps that i run often… restart of game helps, but after a few runs it’s back again
