None of my mercenaries can equip any weapon. Most of them are around lv 92- cant even equip normal level weapons. Even when everything is off and sufficiently fulfills all the requirements. This includes all of my accounts mercenaries.
However when using my Switch, it allows me to equip weapon as it should.
Never had problem equipping thresher (infinity/insight) until 2.4 today.
I had to take my mercs armor off and on and than my weapon got green. Don’t ask me why.
I’m having the same issue, I tried removing all gear and then equiping weapon as stated by Baumsi but it doesn’t work.
Did you guys try to remove all equipment for your mercs and hire a new one?
Same here. Was moving gear between mercs on different characters. lvl 89 merc can’t wear reaper’s toll.

for me, go to game setting. Battle.net App > Diablo 2 Resurrected > Click gear icon by “Play” and uncheck “additional command line arguments”
I just told someone on Reddit to do this and he said it worked for him. Thanks!
Edit: I’ve helped two people with this answer so far. One of them reported back that he was able to put his additional commands back after removing them and putting his gear back on. The issue remained fixed and he can remove and add equipment without any issues now.

I finally started playing the game lol. But I am unable to even setup my mercenary quick command because it’s not there. in controls. When my merc dies, I dont get an option to resurrect, but just to hire another one.
Any idea?
(EDIT: Disregard, my character was DII and not LOD hehehe)
