She isn’t frozen and can move fast but the blue visual effect is permanent. It happened only a few times. The last time I experienced this bug was after a fight with Nithalak in which she died - she was blue when I resurrected her in town. I have an Act 1 merc.
This bug still exists. Happened today when my spear merc was frozen/died to Diablo.
