Hire nightmare act 2 merc with holy freeze, resurrected my merc in normal act 3. info says the merc has defiance aura. only a display issue as the holy freeze shows up as the actual aura. please qa your game better

I had this happen with prayer being replaced by thorns’ icon on an act 2 merc from Normal. Functionality was unchanged, only visually was it different.

Have the exact same issue. Instead of Prayer, it says Thorns.
I know my merc has died a couple of times, so maybe it has to do with him being resurrected in a different difficulty?
Although this is only cosmetic, it’s still annoying.
Update:
I swapped my merc for a different one in Nightmare and instantly regretted it, so I switched to Normal and swapped for a Prayer merc. After checking the merc screen was correct, I did a “save and exit”, then loaded back into Nightmare. Upon entering, the merc screen once again said Thorns, so it has nothing to do with being resurrected like I first thought.
Same here. The merc inventory screen shows the incorrect aura for multiple kinds of mercs, though the actual merc is using and displaying the correct aura.
Secondary to this, there is a lag in the merc proc’ing his aura. Sometimes this takes MINUTES of fighting to activate an aura. Why is this?
*note, this is only for the innate aura, not from auras from items (like Insight’s Meditation aura)
the delay in aura activation was there in the original d2, I am not sure what the logic there is for aura to be activated but it sure is annoying
