What is the best armor (for use as a base for Chains of Honor runeword) that an act 2 Merc can equip?? Can they get 232 str. naturally?
An act 2 merc even at max level cannot equip a shadow plate or a sacred armor (not even ethereal ones) without + str from gear. The most common source of this +str in end-game builds is a +30 str Andariel’s visage.
