Here’s a cool solution to the hassle of finding a 2os elite armor or eth 3os one.
As cried about here:
As some of you might know, when you fix Low Quality, Cracked, Crude, Damaged items in the cube (El/Eld + chipped gem), it sets the ilvl to 1, which means that elite armors fixed this way only get max 3 sockets at Larzuk or with the cube socket recipe.
I propose to set the max sockets at ilvl 1 of some of the Light Elite armors to 2:
(same as the max sockets of their Normal and Exceptional counterparts)
- Dusk Shroud
- Wyrmhide
- Scarab Husk
- Wire Fleece
Elite armors dont drop in areas with alvl 1-25 anyway, so it would only affect the case of upping low quality items.
And to make it even better, let Low Quality items be able to roll Ethereal on top. This would dramatically increase the odds of getting hold of a 2os or 3os eth Elite armor.
It would have the same effect on 3os eth weapons for the a5 merc.
