No, not on Battle.net it doesn’t. Dynamic maps keeps the discovery factor a part of the game. If you want static maps, play local single player

OK. Either learn to see the patterns of the maps, or play local single player for static maps.
I know the patterns you donk thats my gd point. I can tele straight to doorways so why not make map reveal standard so we dont lose 75% of the player base over night.

That’s their fault, they took the risk using something that violated the ToS/EULA, and they paid the price for it.

Nope, I don’t play WoW, and never will. I played Eve Online for about 2 years, that was my fulfillment of sub games. Anyone who thinks farming items in D2 is boring should try mining in Eve Online…

you cant be upset chris. I got banned aswell. I believe MA had a “use at your own risk” and it is breaking the TOS. But us maphackers arent the only one paying the price. Everyone pays it with this ban. The game will be filled with bots until that banwave comes.
I’m sure I would understand it if you were telling the whole story… Are these people being banned for buying gold… Buying it from other players? OK I can see that being an offense.

They do occasional bot bans. It has been this way for 10 years now. Its disgusting that they would even consider the idea of banning someone for map reveal when botting is literally ruining the economy and they have NO fix yet.
Every gd penny used for resource rn should be 10000000% aimed at botters and botters only

They don’t even perma ban in wow, haven’t for a decade, you get 1- 4 weeks for botting and buying selling gold. You can get up to 6 months if you continue to get caught on same account. They gave everyone and I mean everyone their banned accounts back, going all the way back to vanilla in WOD, so stop talkin out of your back side.
They should perma ban though , since one of their core values is " Spirit of competition "

Sorry man believe me I understand your frustration. I got banned many times in legacy D2 back in the day I know the feeling. I just don’t use cheats anymore no matter what.
Back to the topic, if you learn to read the maps, you’re fine. They can’t ban you for using your brain to “maphack”.
Using any 3rd party program that interacts with the game that is not approved by Blizzard risks losing access to the game. If you think it’s worth the risk, then by all means, have at it. Your choice.
