A revival of melee classes is my most sought after change.
Better base damage on the weapons, and double the attack rating per point of dexterity.
Was a bit shocked to learn that whirlwind is a single target move. Everything about it screams AoE dmg.
Was it always single target even back in 2000?

Yes AFAIK it’s always been single target, performing hit checks on enemies in range based on attack speed.
In addition to what you mentioned, I’d really like to see them at least adjust the IAS BPs again to get popular 2H setups back to legacy game 4 FPA like IK barb, eBotD GPa, etc.
