I was fighting in “halls of the dead level 1” and noticed i was swinging with bare hands.
Swapped to weapon 2 slot and my other weapon was showing up as normal. Swapped back to slot 1 and nothing. Checked my inventory and my sword/preserved head is still there, but not appearing in hand.
I closed the game and that didnt fix it.
I hard reset and that didnt fix it.
I cleared the cache and that didnt fix it.
I unequipped the sword and tried moving it around and nothing works.
The preserved head will appear when the sword is NOT in the weapon slot. As soon as the sword is in the inventory both items disappear.
Any help or advice would be welcome
