Agreed reset the server. For goodness sake. The people in the game already canāt possibly get as upset as we are right now.
yeah really. this bug is not affecting a small number of people.
Inconveniencing those who have been playing for days is nothing compared to what the people here are experiencing. Then you can run your process to keep things clean afterward.
How about you fix the issue so I donāt have to try again.
I have left feedback, reported bug, sent ticket and still nothingā¦ going on a day without being able to login or create a game with my main char, existing char and even creating a new char. It says my main char is in a game, the other chars say joining game and then the screen goes black and I have to end task, nothing else works. I was never in a private game prior to this happening either. Please fix. I play on HC, but even my SC char doesnāt work.

Iāve been locked for the past 26 hours, do something or refund me asap, iām going use that refund money for GGG and Path of Exile
Thanks for the update! I have been stuck for I think about 6 hours now, along with others in my group. Itās particularly frustrating because the issue expands to not just a character stuck issue like in WoW where you can just choose another character to log into while the other is messed up ā this actually impacts my entire list of characters. One character being stuck this long is a letdown, but not being able to play at all feels pretty close to demoralizing.
Could have been fixed hours ago. Kick everyone and update the database so everyone shows offline.
The issue is they donāt want to alienate streamers so they will give paying customers the finger.

Ive been down for 8hours nowā¦ 7hours yesterdayā¦ Took 2 days offā¦
Canāt use any of characters, been bugged with this same ācharacter is already in gameā. Going on 12 hours now
I meant to say that they do not realize how widespread this is. It affects a lot more people than what they are making it to be.
If its taking this long for an automated program to unstick everyone then that should already give you an idea on how wide spread the issue is.
same here. someone got it 18 hours scared me as I only had it for 2 hour.

It was posted earlier that a group/chunk of them got unlocked. Is there any way for us to get a metric to get a time estimate?
ex: Thereās 15000 accounts locked, and so far we have unlocked 850 of them.
If thereās 1k people reporting it, thereās likely alot more that were like I was initially had the issue for over an hour before finding this thread. I know we have seen some reports since you said there were no new occurrences of the issue, so maybe a callout for āif you just got locked out in the past 30 minutes, please let us knowā.
Would help the developers at least know if they have fixed the source of what is causing people to get locked or not.
