This is giving me realm down flashbacks.
Havenāt seen any reports of people being āunstuckā so far.
I have three character all with this issue. I get the message that the character is already in a game, followed by an error connecting to the servers, followed by the character is already in game, etc.
- Character name: Avraxis, Xiu, Allanon
- Region : Europe
- Platform : PC
We are still at 5 out of 7 friends āstuckā since about 7 hours ago.
Thanks for your updates, Drakuloth. I know the work and pressure is difficult and stressful from your end.
Are you able to comment on if the original issue that caused characters to become stuck is still taking place? In essence, will the unsticking system need to continue to run even once it has worked through the backlog of players currently affected? Thanks.

Iāve had the issue for 5 hours. Trying to login every 15min per the blue post. Pretty disheartening, ngl. Iām really curious how thereās not a single post of āIāve been unlockedā on Twitter, Reddit or Hereā¦

Just an update for those curious. Been watching threads for a while and canāt really tell if the people locked out the longest are getting back in first (FIFO) or how they are approaching the manual part. Iāve been locked out since last night, wondering if anyoneās been ālockedā today and then āunlockedā today?

Join the club. Been since yesterday for some. How there isnāt an āunlock allā > restart servers option is baffling to me.
Tired of seeing āmore traffic than anticipatedā too. So youāre trying to tell us you donāt have a real time tally of game title purchases sortable by every known statistic in human consumerism? Are you using the original infrastructure from 2000 or something? Is it not cloud based? Log into your AWS/Google/Azure tenant and up the resources with a few clicks, reboot the servers for āmaintenanceā and make us all happy Blizzard!
