It was acknowledged. They also want to use this thread and how many are posting saying they have the same issue to gauge the impact.

With that, I was able to play absolutely fine until about 10 minutes ago. I logged in and joined one game, after I left that game I got the character stuck in game. So I guess I am a part of the locked out for a while group now.

Really this thing is terrible. even a small company should had tried to resolve that in faster way. And casually the most important streamers are all up…

I have also been waiting about 7 hours now, was fine most of the day yesterday but now I got nothing. Character is just stuck on “character is already in a game server, please try again.”

When I make a new character, it black screens me until I kill the program. Great work.

My character has also been stuck in a game for 6 hours now. Hopefully I’ll be able to play again by tomorrow.

Are you saying as customer support you have 0 contact with the network/server team???
Contact those lame engineers and demand the servers be REBOOTED.
This is unacceptable. Get your sh!t Gother and reboot THE PRODUCTION ENVIROMENT.
