Before I was a parent, I played many Blizzard titles, including the original LOD for well over a decade, I’m now a grandparent.
My son thought it would be great for me to revisit the nostalgia of D2R and gifted me the game.
Unfortunately that nostalgia came with the same lack of response to problems that arise, often blaming the customer.
“Character already in a game”
This is not the nostalgia I was looking for.

me too all charters are stuck and tryed making a new but only got a black screen and this goes for my pc and xbox and swith copys the same message on all of them
