Approaching 40 hours locked out.

After some testing, I can make HC characters and play on the PTR, but both SC normal and expansion characters both newly created and old are locked out. Not sure what I am supposed to do, Blizz prevents opening D2R tickets for this issue. WTF happened to this company.

We unfortunately cannot provide any direct asisstance in your case through this contact channel. Posting on the forums is the correct way of handling this matter, and it should hopefully be resolved quite soon - until that I can only ask for your patience, these things are handled as quickly as they can be.

Tech Specialist Rachiomyst here to help. Hope you’re doing well today. In regards to Diablo 2 Characters there is nothing support can do to help fix any in-game issues. Nonetheless, we are aware characters may sometimes get stuck online. The developers have implemented an automated system that removes inactive characters from online.

If you still have a stuck character after 24 hours report the issue via the forums.

This must have started back again. Please fix this ASAP. Also, Blizzard needs to fix Web ticket submission URL. When you fill out everything and press Submit, it just loads and do nothing. Like how are these problems happening still…
