cannot access my softcore characters. Everytime i attempt to access any game through any character. I get an error saying “my character is already in a game.” This began around 6pm on 12/25 and at the time of this post it is 9:40 pm.

I am on EST and have been locked out 12/25 at 6 PM. Right now, it has been a complete weekend that I have been unable to play.

No, still locked out - it looks like we have to wait until maintenance which i think is tomorrow sadly

I am getting the error failed to enter game this character is already in a game on the server. please try again. I have reset battle net password and re-synced with ps4. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have tried creating a new character (online and offline) and when online that character won’t even open a new game just sits in a black screen of death forever. I have waited over an hour (24+) as your site said this would fix the problem. I have reset my modem. I need you to kick my character out of the server (psn kekifoofa) so that I can play again. psn kekifoofa thanks!

It says “failed to enter game. This character is already in a game on the server. Please try again.” I need it released. This isnt a problem on my end. I have tried literally everything and im very technically saavy. the game has worked fine on my system for 4 months and has never had this issue. I dont even have norton installed on my computer. Others are having this problem on the forums. Nothing has changed. This started like 20hrs ago and i cant make or join any games with any of my characters. I need this resolved please. Its not my ISP or norton.
