Its one thing to have a rough first day.
Maybe a small hiccup in the following few days.
But bugs shutting ppl out the game for multiple hours on day 2 is wildly unacceptable.
And it’s only going to get worse in the next few hours as ppl get off work and log in…
They can fix it with a server reset, but they need to find the root problem. That is what is taking so long.
And don’t forget they gave Korean pc shops 25% mf for free drops…

its also why the seasons/ladder did not start today. though getting refunds and waiting for a sale around first ladder season might be a good idea at this point. full price beta testing just leaves a bad taste in my mouth

Same about 6 hours in EU cant join tried everything nothing helps
They can fix individual players too, this happened in the beta and they manually unlocked the affected characters, they are just choosing not too. Its clear a few streamers who were having this issue “magically” got it fixed but people who have been locked out for hours are just screwed. Nice to know that the beta testing helped fix this issue that was reported multiple times, and by that I mean discovered a band aid to keep the optics good.

Locked for ~15 hours… Failed to join, “char in game”, can’t join with new chars… Can only play singleplayer…
Just chiming in that I have had this issue off and on since launch. This is my third time having it. I also had one round of my characters disappearing. I’ve also lost progress/gear 3 times, which are the same 3 times as the can’t make a game bug.
My and my buddies are locked out as well. I took the day off work, would really love for this to work.
Also got locked out. If i make a HC character is does connect to the server, but SC character cannot connect

It will eventually happen to your HC character to. I was able to do the same thing. Now im fully out
