I got this message once. And of course the message tells you to ā€˜Please try again.ā€™ So I do, and now my character has been reset to zero, no items, no progress, and nothing in stash. This is not something that should be happening in 2021. Played 1000s of hours in the original D2 and never had my character completely wiped by the server. If this isnā€™t resolved, Iā€™ll have to refund on principal alone. Disappointing.

Same! Half way tempted to delete my lvl 35 character so I can play. Knowing my luck it still would not fix it.

I also have this problem for >3 hours now. I was playing fine for some time after leaving a baal game. Now canā€™t do anything anymore :frowning:

I guess the server forgets to close/end the private game, and for that reason, it remains open.

nearing 7 hours for me, i wish they would give us a fix, or restart the servers or something, this is bogus, at least tell us your working on it!!! nothing but silence from them for over 12 hours

I posted this in bug report but will post here again, Iā€™m also still getting this error after about 8 hours started last night wouldnā€™t let me play anymore so went to bed. nothing has changed this morning

Same problem here, please god reset the serversā€¦ watching all the streamers play and itemsā€™ values evaporate while youā€™re stuck in some bs bug is infuriating.
