[Main Thread] - Can not create or join games - "character is already in a game"

I am on EST and have been locked out 12/25 at 6 PM. Right now, it has been a complete weekend that I have been unable to play.

Cannot access any of my characters on softcore due to one of my characters “already in a game on the server.” I have posted on main thread for this with no answer. It has been since Friday that I have been unable to access my characters. No answer, on any thread, from support about a fix or at least getting me access to my characters. Server: Americas BT: Diceman#1782 Characters effected: All SC Timezone: EST Outage Time: +48 hrs Platform: PC
