Please help, how can this be fixed?
My magic find is not inputing at all. I have 300%mf and i don t even get rare drops, no low normal sets, just blues. I ve been playing for 20 years, i know the droo rates, it s not working at all. I do not knoe were the bug comes from… First time it happened
Normally with 150%+mf you would fill your stash with low level junk, after a few runs, and go to a normal game to empty it. This time nothing, zero, zilch, nada.
I’ve also noticed a severe drop in MF effectiveness recently. I’ve tested with multiple characters across multiple builds and multiple MF setups.
My sorceress gets better drops with 376 MF than she does with 528 MF. And yes, I’m aware of RNGesus but this is a little more in depth than just the random nature of D2/D2R.
Some fundamental stuff got broken recently, as I’ve also commented on how FHR seems completely busted as well.
The “mini patch” seems to have messed up quite a lot of the game code. Kind of curious what exact kinds of “stability fixes” they implemented.
Thanks for posting, OP. I thought I was going nuts. I tested in single player and the MF is nerfed there, too, so it doesn’t seem specific to online only.

Thank God I am not the only one wondering WTF is up with MF!! Running 440% and garbage!!! Usually, you would find at least 5 Tal Rasha masks before you hit HELL, but I am almost done with HELL and not a single Tal drop yet!! Boss runs are weak as well.
it all sounds like RNG to me. as for op, you would get sets and rares even with 0 mf. maybe you’re colorblind or playing with a mod or a corrupted game version.
