Lvl 29 Sorc cannot select Meteor on skill tree

I’m in early Act V with a lvl 29 Fire Sorc. The skill tree says I need to be lvl 24 to select Meteor, but it will not let me select it. I have 18 in Fire Bolt and 17 in Fire Ball.

Am I missing something?

I have not had any crashes during my time with the game.
Windows 10 PC
Playing all solo.

That is not a bug. The skill trees have synergies and dependencies.

In order to do Meteor you need to have points in the path to the left as well. You need one point in Inferno, one in Blaze, and one in Fire Wall. That is why it has a little arrow from that side pointing to Meteor as well.
