Love d2R BUT i would love to craft bows

Hey blizzard i love this game, played every season. With all these changes you guys make isnt it time to let us craft bows? . I would also love if you added some sort of boss in TZ.

Agreed. Better to add bow crafting instead of fixing melee, or AoE spell damage power creep, or runeword power creep, or buffing unique items, or buffing enemy AI…

What if:

… they simply revamped the whole crafting system?
… maybe you should be able to apply ā€œlikeā€ crafting recipes to ā€œlikeā€ items [weapons[all weapons]/armor[all armors]/rings/etc.] and every result was generated totally random and independent?

-wouldn’t that be a hoot??? No more ā€œstandardizationā€ … no 2 people have the exact same item … every recipe attempt would be a friggin adventure in itself!!!

You mean add a fourth column to the Horadric Cube so that it can apply recipes to 4x2 items?

How about a 2nd cube with imbue powers without reagents?

yes, please to bow and crossbow craft.

TBH I think arrow crafting would be more interesting. Long as they didn’t go crazy with it. Just add a bit of flavor to bows. Not like Bowa is so strong that a hundred elemental, +2 bow skills, or some mana leash on arrows would break’em.

Unlike you know… Sunder charms, mosacic, ect lol.

I like the idea of making more items viable. I would even go further - make magic quivers. Maybe not a s broken as in PD2 but just some QoL mods and few DMG mods to choose from. increased quantity, replenish, additive dmg, maybe some run/walk.
I’d design them like follower tokens in D3.
TZs require rework to be good tho, but this is a topic about bows

Upgrading Cube through the act II quest in Nightmare and Hell would probably be all right. A second cube doesn’t look like such a great idea, when you could simply do the same things with a single cube.
