after returning the server on today’s date, I found that I lost some runes and also items created as INSIGHT for my mercenary. I also lost the Horadric Cube.
This is the second time that this happens having to redo the quests I had already done. How can I recover this? Because it’s difficult for us to play, pay dearly, difficult to get the items and when you do, you lose this way again.
Sorry for the loss. You can get the cube by doing the quest again… for the items… they are just gone gone… here is what blizz told me about missing items/chars.
