Last night, ~approximately 12 hours ago, I was playing a lobby game, when I exited I could not start a new game, received error message “character does not exist on this server”, thought it was an error, exited and restarted, all my characters were missing. When I rechecked now, my characters are back, but the last character I played has lost several levels worth of experience and items.
Unfortunately with the serious server issues they used a restore point that may have rolled you back and you would have lost any recent play.
Sadly, that can’t be undone.
On the good side, we got our chars back. Hopefully these sorts of server issues don’t happen too often.
