Same thing just now, Lvl89 amazon and mules all gone atm. Reading online saying it is the servers not picking up our info correctly… So what I gathered was our account is still there but possibly limbo…
With any luck you’ll get them back with a rollback… however if they are gone… then they are gone… here is what blizz told me about character/item deletion… even caused by their own issues.
