Just finished a cow run and picked up lots of flawless gems and a grand charm. Left game, created a new one, and the state of the cube is the same as it was on the previous game - before I did last cows run - it had only a flawless emerald, which I specifically remember the low drop I had hence only a flawless emerald in my cube.
