Found a GUL rune 5 minutes before servers went down today. Soon as I was able to log back in it was gone. Soooooo pissed!
Ugg… at least it’s only 1 rune… Right now many of us have lost many more items or whole characters… A gul is a good drop though… rare af! sorry for your loss…

Hey , if you paid with credit card, you should reach out to your credit card company. They will most likely reimburse you if you show proof that you reached out to Blizz and were denied a refund. I got my money back that way. Blizzard is committing fraud by not providing us the product we paid for, and refusing refund based off that. We just want a working game.
