I gave unidentified battle boots to Plantym_matt (character name) on Oct 11 at about 01:25 (GMT+9)
and I don’t know what exactly happened because I went to bed, but it seemed like server was unstable and roll back to the point before I gave the item.
Now Plantym_matt asks me if that battle boots get back to my inventory (he appeals he lost item by roll back) but it didn’t come back to me.
Could you check the log where that item is?
Yeah… That item is just gone gone… They won’t restore missing items or even characters… even when it was their own fault.
