Lost character PC and Xbox

I lost my character.
After start the game and login to battle.net, I can’t see any character. It is relevent for my PC and connected Xbox account.

Could you please help and bring back character?

Sorry to tell you this, but blizzard won’t take any responsibility for deleted/missing characters… Even if it was them that caused your stuff to go missing/get deleted.

So as many of you know, you can suddenly and without any kind of warning lose either all your items, your characters, or random stuff. I myself lost all of my equipped items and thus set me off on this adventure. We can’t get a refund of the game because we’ve already played it. (Though I won’t be playing it for now.) You can either start over knowing this can happen at any time… or not play and wait till they fix it… I’m waiting cause no fun just to lose everything at any moment.
