Hey! I lost at least two weeks of progress and items that I collected during that time. I was at least level 75 on my Paladin, and now I am rolled back to level 35 with poor items compaired to what I had. Please fix this.

Wish I could give you better news, but very very little chance you’ll get your character back in all it’s former glory.
I lost all my stuff cause of a blizz bug. They told me nupe to restoring any of it. Also declined me a refund cause I played haha. Not playing until I can play knowing I won’t just randomly lose all my hard work.
