Lost All Characters

Had two online characters. One at 35, one at 5/6ish Both of them disappeared when I got home from work and logged on today.

Same thing happened to my smite paladin just now. Tried relogging multiple times, creating and cancelling new char… etc…

They are doing a maintenance hopefully this gets fixed if not I am done with blizzard.

Im hoping its something with the server maintenance but yeah I lost 3 chars as well, can log in but no characters on screen

same here lost my lvl 72 pally after the game froze and got stuck in a black screen i had to alf+f4 and now my character list is empty

Same here. Level 33 druid, just made Spirit sword, Lore, Stealth and ancient pledge. And level 4 sorc. Got DCed while playing. “Character cannot be found on the server” error when trying to rejoin. Restart game and both are gone

Edit: they back! Only suffered a small heart attack

I know I was wrong to have had trusted Blizzard.
Anywy I can have a refund ? Would like to move back to POE.

Just lost my level 35 barb :confused: . Logged out of battle net. logged back in, now its there. Friggen scary but thankfully not permanent.
