So i have really slow loading and was wondering if it was my system or maybe there was an option or anything that could help me reduce it, the game run super smooth exept for my loading between acts or portals.

We can look into this for sure, but we’ll probably need a bit more information. Usually long loading is going to be caused by a slow hard drive or a program fighting for control of your harddrive like security. It could also be a connection problem, but that’s not the first place I’d look.
I’d start by updating your antivirus if you’re using a third party security program, and update windows defender definitions using windows update as well. Even if it says you’re up to date, manually check for updates and download any that exist. If neither works I’d temporarily uninstall any third party antivirus programs you’re running.
If you’re still having trouble after this troubleshooting, please generate a text copy of your DxDiag using these instructions. Once you have that made, open the file. Copy the code below, then copy/paste everything from that DXDiag file between the rows of tilde (~) marks where it says “DXDiag goes here.”

Which of your harddrives is this installed on - C:, D:, or your external F:\ drive?
It’s installed on my F which is my external SSD
It would be nice if you just admitted that assets take a lot longer to load, rather than have customers jump through pointless hoops.
I’m running D2R off an internal SSD, and sometimes I load at the Frozen Highlands WP and my merc has already killed a mob or two before I have control of my character. The game shouldn’t start before the players show up. I play HC, and this is dangerous.
That’s almost certainly the cause. External SSDs have to go through a path on your PC which is slower than the SATA or PCIe buses and has a lower priority in Windows. Try reinstalling the game to either of your internal drives and you should get significantly improved load times. In general USB drives like this are best for files that don’t need to constantly read/write data - things more like pictures, videos, music, etc. You can run games off of them but we tend to expect performance issues of different varieties.
@rocdog - your issue would be unrelated. The OP is having constant long load screens constantly due to using an external HD, but you can try the steps I posted in my first message and if that doesn’t help you can try starting your own thread for more help or contacting our support team. We also can’t help with game feedback here - you’d want to post that in #general-discussion
Alright, I changed it to my internal SSD and it’s the same thing, still slow loading screen 
There is 100% loading screen problems on your end @Drakuloth there’s also memory leaks or problems inside chaos sanctuary that is calling stuttering / fps spikes
Multiple players / streamers have all commented on this issue the likelihood that 1000s of people are all doing it wrong and its not a problem on your end is literally 0
Rather than point fingers at the customers listen to your player base who are playing your game days on end and you might find we actually know what we’re talking about
Random crashes
Long loading screens
Game randomly closing with no errors
Chaos Sanctuary fps spikes / lags / stuttering happening on multiple streamers games
Hellforge quest bugging giving no rewards (your support wont help me either)
Hardcore is unplayable because the crashes i watched a guy on a lvl 91 sorc hardcore on twitch die to a crash …
Please just acknowledge the issues and say you are looking into them and looking to find the cause and fix it
Interesting, I was nearly sure that would get your problem handled. How long are these loading screens taking for you, just to be sure we’re looking at an actual issue here?
It varies a lot, it can be up to 20seconds and sometimes it’s barely 2seconds loading.
I also get disconnected quite a lot randomly or the game just close on it’s on.
Since launch I have 20 sec+ load screens, ahve died plenty on FH wp due to being attacked endlessly while I load. Have found that I have to spam health pots on that WP specifically to ensure I dont die.
All load screens are slow for me, just that one often has mobs on it. Its bad enough that my group I run with often will have 30% of chaos cleared b4 I can load ingame, then thru the TP.
Frustrating since legacy was instant.
It turns out that installing the game on the Operating System SSD (in my case c:) cut the loading time by 2/3’s.
I previously tried a diff SSD 960Pro and on an m2 drive no difference, all long loading.
