Looking for good rune value guide/resource

Hi, I’m newer to the forums and have been looking for a decent resource or post that outlines the value of medium to high runes. Everyone I see in search goes back to 2021 and I feel like the values have changed quite a bit since then.

Using Ist rune as the base currency:

Lem = 1/18 Ist
Pul = 3 Lem = 1/6 Ist
Um = 2 Pul = 1/3 Ist
Mal = Um + Pul = 1/2 Ist
Ist (base currency)
Gul = Ist + Mal = 1.5 Ist
Vex = 2 Gul = 3 Ist
Ohm = 2 Vex = 6 Ist
Lo = Ohm + Vex + 2 Ist= 11 Ist
Sur = Ohm + Vex + Gul = 10.5 Ist
Ber = 2 Sur = 21 Ist
Jah = Ber - Vex = 18 Ist
Cham = 2 Ist
Zod = 2 Cham = Vex + Ist = 4 Ist

This is a good base reference. Keep in mind that values do fluctuate depending on the age of the economy.

Also the values of the runes are going to change as the future ladders roll out with new rune words.

That OP is incredibly thorough. I was surprised to see Sur below Lo? I thought it was the other way around. Like you said though, always depends on the economy at the time.

Fortitude is the big reason.

If Ber wasn’t the next higher rune, Sur would be worth even less.

Just based on the need for making runewords? Do people really combine surs for ber?

Yes. Whatever pathway to get Ber runes for Infinity, Enigma and others.

May depend on trading site. OP should keep an eye on different sites to approximate the value of a rune. Ber is like 35 ist on a jsp right now. There are others besides jsp. Op should check them all out.

This is a great general guide but things like Cham are definitely worth more than 2 Ist I’d say, probably closer to 3 or 4 (maybe even 5). Same for Zod, it’s probably worth a few more Ist than that nowadays. Same for Sur, it’s definitely worth more than Lo nowadays. As they said, it fluctuates based on age of economy, at this point there is so much wealth that if you have one of those desired HRs, you can ask for more than they may classically be worth. And in general, I think Mal and Gul shows this the best, the next rune up (aside from Cham and Zod) are worth “1.5x” the previous rune, sometimes I’ll see people do like Mal for 2Um and it’s like, if someone had 2Um, they could just make their own Mal, you know? That’s why Mal is only worth Um+Pul, or “1.5x” the previous.
