My friend and I have been farming and preparing for the “Uber Tristram” since the release of the game. Now after being decently (un)lucky we managed to get the 9 keys and also secure the 3 organs needed. We then opened the portal to Uber Tristram and fought the bosses. After a decent amount of leaving and rejoining the game (to get the body), my friend could not join the game anymore and only had a “join failed” screen. Yet I was still in the game, waiting for him. A second friend (not participating, just for test) also tried to join, but had the same screen. After being unable to secure my body (i enter the portal and die before my screen even swaps to tristram), I also logged out to rejoin, but was unable to.
Now the game is gone, together with hours of grinding and preparing for an early Uber. Now i understand that a “geared char” would not need to relog that often, but it’s 3 days into the start of the game. We prepared the best we could in that small timespan.
I would like to get the 3 organs back somehow, but I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask. The “Contact Support” page always leads me here, so this is my best bet. Many people didn’t do Uber yet or are not even close, so it would be great to fix it before the majority of the players try this content.
