Despite reporting these players, hours later their games are still up and showing up on the lobby screen. Essentially rendering multiplayer useless for many of us.

Try putting the letters D and 4 in the title of your complaint, you may get more attention from Blizzard😄
They gave up doing anything against RMT site spammers years ago, I guess they probably do not care anymore if people buy rmt stuff which may mean they play their game a little longer instead of quitting. If they really cared, it would not be hard to put up a quick 5 minute algorithm to sort out the way they type it and ban those strings of letters…
I report and block every single one but they come with new accounts.
And now they infested the games list. If they don’t do anything against that soon, this game will become less and less attractive very quickly.
It was fun grinding until I got reminded how blizzard just doesn’t care about a 5 minute fix to improve the experience of their loyal player base.
This is completely intentional by Blizzard. They don’t want D2R to eclipse D4 even more. I actually believe in the conspiracy that they are deliberately holding back on making D2R TOO good.
Why else are we stuck with this horrible game lobby system from 2000?
