The nightmare difficulty level does not work. All potions of normal difficulty level. In the first act of the 1 difficulty level nightmare, only a minor Potion was available. In the second act of Nightmare difficulty, Minor and Light Potions are available. All experience gained is as if on Normal difficulty. Monsters have the same health level as the Nightmare level and the experience gained as at the Normal level. That is, I hardly get any experience at all when playing. Please help to solve the problem! The current level is 25. I hardly get any experience from monsters after mount Arreat.
Are you sure you not in normal lol? Never heard of such issue before.

You may want to double, triple check youre actually in Nightmare… If you hit tab and bring up your map it will have the game Information on the right side of the screen… If you’re on NM and above it will say “Difficulty: [insert difficulty here]”

I have been playing diablo for a very long time. I know how difficult it is to check. You can see for yourself on the links below. I get experience at Normal level, although I am at Nightmare level. Software developers have to open the code and start checking what they changed from the original version of Diablo 2 LoD.
A little bit of googling suggested that the reason you don’t get to buy the potions is that you’re simple underleved. There are some exp penalties too https://diablo2.diablowiki.net/Guide:Diablo_2_Level_Up_Guide_v1.10
You could do some baal runs on normal for some easy exp and then try to see if that helps.
