D4 is a miserable failure and the vast majority of us hate ourselves for buying it. Because of D4 I will never buy another Blizzard game for the foreseeable future. The only thing I would buy is a D2 expansion. NOTHING ELSE. This is their punishment for the theft of my money they stole when they promised a good d4 and offered little of it.

also the people who buy games are very stupid so they fall for crap products
they won’t waste time and effort trying to make anything good it they profit just as much from releasing crap
the same thing is happening in music and many other creative fields
well to be fair in a male dominated field if you see half the staff is women
you could argue it’s some company inclusion thing
So instead of hiring the best people
lets get some blacks, mexicans, asians whatever on the team like they do in movies for the sake of inclusion

no if they hire the best person for a job and it happens to be a woman it doesn’t.
although the odds are against them if 90 males vs 10 females work in a field
and there’s two jobs available, 1 female gets hired odds are she got hired for being a woman not for her skills

Why don’t you feel the same way when a developer is a minority in terms of their race? or their ethnicity? or their sexual orientation?
What you’re saying is that hiring a black person is no problem provided they hire the best person for the job.
But when they hire a woman that same argument doesn’t seem to be your reply. Instead you just go to “well it’s a diversity hire”.
Same argument made twice, two different demographics used in each argument, two different outcomes in terms of your response.
One is racism and the other is sexism. One seems to be okay with you and the other seems to be unspeakable because you know it’s socially unacceptable.
