I agree with the topic title…
The content, not as much. I still hope for minimal changes, but there are some ideas for change that are perfectly acceptable in a remaster.
Some other ideas are getting pretty absurd though.

move the +1 port to a ring and nerf enigma stats, open the chest slot for every one not just enig

TBH Enigma is (a) proof that itemization in D2 wasn’t great.
Anytime you ask people what build they want to do, they always name at least two of five extremely powerful items. Not always Enigma, mind you, but it’s a recurring one.
If your game relies on every good build needing the same couple of items, changes are in order.
