Latest patch crashes - won't launch

I seem to be the only one around whose D2R crashes 100% of the time on launch using Desktop bnet launcher…

I sent the error to Blizzard a couple of times but nothing works.

Latest patch:

3.2.92777

Yuck.

How do I find out what’s wrong?

Win 11.

Anyone know which “Security Update” to uninstall?

Happened to me too, it crashed after I hit play button. Of course I updated new patch.
