Hello,
A friend recently gave me a LW zerker axe as he was quitting. I attempted to use the last wish on my ubers today and notice that my life tap proc was not healing me when hitting non-boss monsters. It appears there is either a glitch when life tap interacts with the “hit blinds target” debuff and prevents healing as the life tap only seems not to work on non named monsters. I am unsure if this is an intentional mechanic, but I do not believe it is as it would make no sense to have life tap proc on this weapon then…
Any insight that could be provided on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
