Ladder reset/EU Questions

Hello everyone.

I came back after a few years and I started playing on Battle.net, I quickly noticed a few things have changed and I have questions:

First and foremost, when is the Ladder reset?

And Second question, what’s going on with EU servers? I can’t find any game, it pops a brief error saying I can’t join or create games. I am able to create a game and then I face a 600~ queue each time I do it.

I don’t understand? If there is nobody playing, if there are no games going on, in what queue I am in, exactly?

Finally, I know this is legacy, 20 years old, play resurrected blah blah blah…
But would it hurt to keep the few remaining legacy players that have supported this company since its inception, get a little bit of respect in the way of atleast stating clear dates on ladder resets? Fine if the technical support related to the game has to be among us, but would it really hurt to get 1 of your employees to spend a minute of their life every few months to keep us updated with such things? Or a volunteer? Anything, anyone? I can’t be the last player, right?

Not trying to be condescending, sarcastic or rude, I’m simply making a genuine observation.

Which are you playing? D2/original (not LOD)? D2/LOD? D2R? Or…???

D2R is to begin new ladder on March 7 (PST). Roughly 4-5 month ladders.
D2/LOD resets first half of June and Dec (6 mo ladders).
No idea about D2/original ladders.

I’m currently playing LoD 1.14D. I made a ladder character, which isn’t ladder apparently, there are no games going on, yet I have to make a 600 queue to create one.
Nothing makes sense. I’m playing on EU servers at the minute and I use the Spanish game version.

  1. See if there are any games to JOIN (i.e. already created).
  2. If there are no games to JOIN, then either the game creation server OR the game joining server is broken–which needs to be fixed by Blizzard.
  3. If there are games to JOIN, try to join one. If you can NOT join any game that already exists, then the game joining server is broken and needs to be fixed by Blizzard.
  4. Whichever it is, notify Blizzard and see how long it takes for them to fix it.

Everything seems to be broken indeed. How do I notify Blizzard?

Try a collect call if you can find a working telephone number.
