I have seen an Ist = token. As always, it depends on who the buyer and seller are.

I traded my Token for a Pul. Should I have asked for more?

Yep - a Pul is low. I would always ask for an Ist - that’s what I would pay also. A mal is a good deal, but probably makes it easier to move when you are selling. I am going o change my price sheet to a Mal-Ist.

I am coming from offline play and I hardly use respecs since we didn’t have those 20 years ago.
So I didn’t understand why they are so valuable.

Most PvE players don’t need tokens that much, especially not with the 3 quest respecs, really just if they want to try new builds without making new chars. The PvP players go through them like water though, constantly trying to min/max with small gear changes to try to squeeze out every bit of health…
