Is this almost as good as eth vortex? Or close? Idk pricing for these…what you looking for ball park wise?

As a side question which bases are better for exile, thinking of making one since not many seem to be selling them. Between eth vortex/sacred rondarch/or this kurast/sacred targe, probably not the best for exile ?

So the thing is: its quite hard to tell which base is best.
Shields has lower block chance comming with higher str req but also higher armor.
Vortex is used for pvp due to dmg range and high def, but has lowest block chance.
Sacred has best block chance, but lowest def.
I like Zakarum due to high def and stable smite dmg.
Kurast has resonable str req and decent block chance (with higher def than rondaches).

I would say if u want pvm base, use whatever elite shield you can get. Higher def is good (multiplied by defiance and holy shield) - but you will need to pay few str/dex points for those def.
