What is Bone Break GC good for?

I understand how the elemental sunders benefit certain builds. I believe the magic sunder is totally useless (correct me if I miss something) And the physical sunder → bone break … what build can benefit from it and how? The curses still do 1/5 effect so with bone break and amp you get the phys res of the immunes to 75%? How is that good? There are no phys facets to complement that … Why do people pay high runes for bone break?
