What would it be priced at?
Hard to say man, cant throw them but can use for Melee.
So if you find a niche PVP user you could get a good deal otherwise Keep it and hang onto it . Gotta be worth a HR or two. Cool find

if it is an eth thunderstroke, how do you replenish the quantity? throwable eth weapons that cannot be replenished are not allowed in PVP. Also, you cannot socket them so I think this is a pretty looking charsi trash. I could be wrong tho.

wait!!! is this true?? 
Throw weapons dont use durability if you use it as a melee weapon, so you can take advantage of that as it is ethereal so i would argue it still has use. However if you throw them its going to vanish on you
